Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and relax, ready to begin meditation on time.

Meditation is not a technique but a way of life. The word meditation is derived from two Latin words: meditari (to think, to dwell upon, to exercise the mind) and mederi (to heal). Its Sanskrit derivation ‘medha’ means wisdom. Meditation is popular with all types of people. Published scientific and medical evidence has proved its benefits mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
The benefits are numerous and include: • Improvement in general health • Improvement in concentration • Deeper level of relaxation • Development of psychic abilities.
Our groups are facilitated by highly experienced circle facilitators who can assist you on your journey of learning and understanding to the best of their abilities in a caring and compassionate manner.
All are welcome – You don’t need to be a member to attend our meditation groups. Come every week or just when it suits you – there’s no pressure and no ongoing commitment required. Meditation Groups run right throughout the year, only breaking over the Christmas/New Year period. Note that groups may not run on a public holiday.
